Advertise to the right audience at the right time.
Follow the stepwise guide to create a campaign:
- Step 1 : Basics
- Brand: Displays the brand name for this new campaign
- Campaign: Select the campaign name. You can also add the new campaign details by clicking at the +Add new campaign button
- Sub-campaign: Give a name for this sub-campaign
- Network : Select the network where you want the campaign to be targeted. At least one of the networks’ needs to be selected.
- Objective: Select the objective of the campaign
- Type: Select the type of asset you want to use for the campaign
- Step 2: Target Audience
- Select Audience: Select from the high-value audience lists created earlier in the first step.
- Step 3 : Account based targeting
- The advertiser can select accounts where he wants to target the campaign. Account here means organizations like hospitals, medical institutions etc. There is a type and search functionality available wherein if the typed in account is available, can selected.
- This step is optional. If you do not want to include any specific accounts, kindly click skip to proceed further.
- Step 4: Platforms inclusion/exclusion
- Channel type: Mobile, email and Web. For POC only Mobile and web channels will be available.
- Platforms included : The advertiser can select the platforms where he wants to target the campaign. For Endemic the platforms are Physician, networking platform, Online learning portal, Online medical journal and for POC the platforms are EHR, ERX and tele-medicine
- Advanced : The advertiser can opt-in for this functionality if a certain publisher platform or a number of platforms needs to be included or excluded. This is section is completely optional. If there are no specific inclusions/exclusions, leave it blank and click next to proceed.
- Step 5 : Business Rules
- Work Flows: This helps the advertiser to target the campaign at various touch points of the EHR flow. One or many options can be selected from the given options. Basis the options selected the options in the business rules will change.
- If no work flow is selected, the campaign will be visible on the rest of the flow which will be available on the platforms selected in the previous steps.
- Add business rules : Up to a maximum of 4 rules can be added. The same can be selected from the drop down list available.

Step 6 : Operational details
Fill up the operational details required to set up the campaign:
- Date: Define the duration of the campaign by selecting a start date and an end date
- Bid Amount: Select the bid strategy and bid amount. The platform will show recommendations to help you reach full potential. We currently support two bidding strategies:
- CPM: Also known as Cost per Mille or Cost per Thousand Impressions, this bidding strategy is used for campaigns where you want to increase the visibility of your campaign. Here, you only pay on the basis of impressions being served
- CPC: Also known as Cost per Click, this bidding strategy is used for campaigns where you want to increase the number of people clicking on the banners. Here, you only pay on the basis of the number of clicks being generated
- CPS: Also known as Cost per session, this bidding strategy is used when you want the brand to be visible during the full session of the patient i.e. from login to logout.
- CPW : Also known as cost per work flow, this bidding strategy is used for campaigns where you want to increase the visibility at a certain touch point of the EHR journey.
- Total Budget: Define the total budget of the campaign
- Limit to: Define daily/weekly/ monthly budget limit
Step 8: Upload Creatives
For uploading the creatives, select the size of the creative and upload the creative from your system or by selecting it from your creative hub. We support 17 different sizes of creatives, 12 of them are for browser-based web platforms and 5 for iOS/Android-based devices. We recommend that you upload the creatives in all the different sizes to maximize your reach.

- Rich Media Creatives:
- Depending upon the way you are using to add a click destination in your ad banner, whether it's by using a clickTag or an anchor tag. Getting Doceree to track these clicks is simple. All you need to do is to add the [TRACKING_LINK] macro at the beginning of the hard-coded click destination. For example-
You want to redirect the user to www.doceree.com when someone clicks on your ad
If you’re using anchor tag for click destination, then you’ve to specify<a href="[TRACKING_LINK]www.doceree.com”, target="_blank">CLICK ME</a>
OR
If you’re using clickTags for redirection, then you’ve to follow these two steps,
1. On the top of HTML file, add:
<script>window.clickTag = '[TRACKING_LINK]www.doceree.com.';</script>
2. In the click handler function of your ad, ensure that window.clickTag is used as the redirect URL:
window.open(window.clickTag, '_blank');

- CTA Link: Define the URL where the user will land once they click on the banners in this group. It could be a remote detailing micro-website, a lead generation form, or your e-commerce platform
