We currently do not offer viewability based metrics, however we allow our advertiser partners to implement 3rd party viewability tags (IAS, DV, MOAT) to measure this. We encourage our advertiser partners to provide our customer success team with access to these reports so that we can help manage this.
We will also work with our supply partners within the Doceree Provider Network to ensure that our ads are being placed within viewable inventory and that we are utilizing viewable ad units. This can lead to changes in our CPM rate as it may incur additional costs to us, while also ruling out some supply partners, lowering our reach.
Consumer marketing benchmarks currently have a ’good’ viewability at 80%, however this is not the same for the HCP market. The IAB suggests that 50-60% within Healthcare is considered a good viewability score so would recommend looking to achieve this.
