2. Managing Creative Categories
The Creative Manager is divided into three primary tabs to categorize your assets:
- Images Tab: Use this for image-based banners such as PNG, JPG, or GIF files.
- HTML Tab: Use this for HTML5 banners, typically uploaded as .zip files.
- 3rd Party Tab: Use this for creatives managed by third-party ad servers using script or HTML tags.
3. Organizing Assets with Sections
The platform uses Sections, which function like folders, to help you organize hundreds of creatives.
- Creating a Section: Select a creative card, click the + Add Section button, choose Create, enter a name, and click Add.
Add Section Pop-up
- Moving Assets: You can relocate assets by selecting a creative card, clicking + Add Section, and choosing the Move option to select a new destination folder.
Add Section Menu Options
- Default Section: By default, all newly added or uploaded images are placed in a section named "Default".
4. Adding and Managing Creatives
- Adding New Assets: Click the + Add Creative button, provide a name, select a section, and upload your files.
Add A Creative Pop-up (Partial View)
- Bulk Actions: You can upload creative assets in bulk or upload multiple creatives to a single size card (e.g., uploading several versions of a 728x90 Leaderboard).
Creative Upload Area
- Finding Assets: Use the Search Creative bar to find assets by name. You can also Filter by date range or Type (creative dimension) and Sort results (A-Z, Recent first, or Oldest first).
Search Creative Bar
- Creative Card Tasks: Each card allows you to View all uploaded versions, Delete assets, Download them as a .zip file, or Add more variations.
5. Using Creative Manager Assets in Campaigns
Once your assets are in the Creative Manager, you can easily pull them into a campaign during the Creative tab setup:
- When prompted to upload a creative for a specific size, click the + Select from creative manager (or + Select from Creative Manager) button.
- This allows you to select your pre-uploaded assets without needing to upload them from your computer again.
