Yes, you can trigger ads and financial messages (patient affordability) to specific pharmacies using the platform's targeting and business rules features. This is primarily achieved through the use of NCPDP IDs (Pharmacy Codes).
Method 1: POC - Triggers Campaign (Doceree Marketing Platform)
For clinical campaigns, you can set up real-time ads that trigger based on pharmacy data.
- Business Rules: In the Business Rules tab of a POC - Triggers campaign, you can define Data Triggers.
Business Rules Tab
- Pharmacy Codes: Select the Pharmacy (NCPDP) rule and enter the specific NCPDP Codes (comma-separated) or upload them using a code template.
- Real-Time Execution: When an event occurs on the Point of Care (POC) platform that matches these rules, the EHR system sends a request in real-time, and the platform responds with the associated ad.
Method 2: Workflow Targeting
You can also target specific screens within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system that are directly related to pharmacy interactions.
- E-Prescribing: Target the screen where an HCP writes an e-prescription to be sent to a pharmacy.
- Pharmacy Notes: Target the screen where HCPs add specific instructions for a pharmacist regarding prescription fulfilment or dose substitution.
