With new customers we recommend and insist upon an initial managed service so that all parties are satisfied in regard to ensuring that performance is maximised and campaign KPIs are met. We also have a team with vast experience within Healthcare advertising and marketing available to drive success on your behalf so we see it as the most viable option in many cases.

We do have self-serve options for our more experienced customers that have the internal resource to work within the platform and pull the levers appropriately. 

The Doceree customer success team will work closely with our customers regardless to train stakeholders on best practices within the platform UI during regular catch ups.
