Yes, the Marketing Platform enables you to target specific entities, such as clinics, primarily through its Accounts targeting functionality and hospital/account associations.

Targeting via the Accounts Tile

The most direct way to target specific organizations is by creating an Accounts list.

• Search and Selection: Within the Hospital Accounts tab, you can search for a specific entity by its Account Name, NPI, or Domain.

• Custom Accounts: If a specific clinic is not immediately found in the platform's database, the Custom Accounts tab allows you to enter the name of the clinic. The platform then matches this name against available domains for validation and selection.

• Upload: You can also target a large number of specific clinics by using the Upload List feature. This involves downloading a template and entering the specific Account names and Domains you wish to target before uploading the file back to the platform.

Additional Targeting Methods

• Filtering by Location: You can narrow your targeting to specific clinics geographically by using Postal/ZIP Code targeting. This allows you to include or exclude specific codes where your target clinics are located. You can also upload these codes via a CSV template.

• Hospital Type and Advanced Filters: The platform provides filters for Hospital Type and advanced parameters like Services Provided, which can help you identify and select clinics based on their clinical characteristics or size.
