Yes, we enable intent-based keyword searches and contextual targeting mapped to the target account. This helps identification of target audiences based on the search keywords they use.
You can also find the required medical keywords for their targeting list. If any keyword is not available, you can now manually add custom keywords to the list by using the provided mechanism. Furthermore, you will also be able to create a targeting list by combining system-specific keywords with custom keywords they enter in Target.
Target now allows advertisers to create two distinct types of contextual targeting lists:
- Based on specialty-related keywords
- Based on a combination of the target audience's (HCP’s) specialty and HCP’s demographics (location: city, state, and postal/zip code).
You can also specify how their targeting list will be used during a campaign. This is done by selecting the required AND/OR conditional. The AND conditional specifies a narrowing of the targeting logic of a list during an ad campaign. On the other hand, the OR conditional specifies make use of only one of the targeting logics (medical specialty or demographic) that is applicable to an ad campaign.
Bulk Upload - Advertisers can also bulk upload contextual keywords in Target using a .csv file and then use these keywords for running contextual keyword-based campaigns in Exchange.
