How do I create an audience for my campaign?

To create audiences for your campaigns, you must first navigate to the Brand Dashboard, click the Plan tile within the Marketing Platform module, select Target Group, and then choose Create Target List.

1. Creating an HCP Audience

You can build an HCP (Healthcare Professional) list using two primary ways:

• Parameter-Based Creation:
  • Behavior: Define your group using Diagnosis (ICD-10), Procedure (HCPCS), or Medication (NDC) codes with a lookback duration of 12, 24, or 36 months. You can use AND/OR logic to combine these behaviors or upload codes via a CSV template.

• Demographics: Filter by Medical Specialization and Location (specific states or Postal/ZIP codes).

• Data Marketplace: Include bespoke third-party audience segments you may have already purchased from the Doceree Marketplace or you can purchase through his screen.

• Keywords: Associate medical terminologies by using therapy area keyword recommendations, adding custom keywords, or uploading a keyword list in bulk.

• Upload:
  • Select the Upload List radio button and download the provided CSV template.
  • Enter the NPI number in the respective column and then upload the file.
  • You can still refine an uploaded list using the Behavior, Demographics, Marketplace, and Keyword tabs using and/or logic later.

Finalizing the HCP List: Use the Configure Segments page to define logical relationships (AND/OR) between the different tabs you utilized (e.g., Behavior AND Demographics) before clicking Create Audience.

2. Creating a Non-HCP Audience

For non-HCP audiences, select the Non-HCP tile and provide a list name. This type of audience is defined by organizational roles of Non-HCPs (Executives) within Healthcare Accounts rather than clinical behavior:

• Executive Profile: Specify hospital or account details by selecting a Functional Group (e.g., department) and Position Level (e.g., executive rank). You can also associate specific hospitals/accounts manually or via upload.

3. Validation

• Wait Time: Once you click Create, the platform typically takes 20-30 minutes to validate the parameters and populate the final audience details on the Manage Target List page.
