2. Uploading Data
Users who already have NPI or account lists can bring them directly into the system.
- Upload: Users download a CSV template, populate it with their own records, and upload it back to the platform for validation.
Upload Tab
3. Purchasing Marketplace Segments
The Doceree Marketplace serves as a data mart where users can explore and purchase bespoke third-party audience segments.
- Once purchased and activated, these segments appear in the Data Marketplace tab during the target group creation process, allowing them to be combined with other criteria using AND/OR logic.

4. Validation and AI Insights
Details of Created HCP Audience
Once a list is submitted, it typically takes 20-30 minutes for the platform to validate the parameters. After audience creation, the system provides Dynamic AI-Powered Insights, including:
- Audience Quality Score (AQS): A score (75+ is high quality) indicating how loyal or engaged the NPIs are with your brand.
Dynamic AI-Powered Insights Section
- Lookalike Audience Found: The system identifies and prompts the purchase of similar audience segments to expand the current list's reach.
