Overview
This guide is tailored for Advertisers utilizing the Doceree Marketplace platform. It delves into the operational features of the platform and outlines the benefits accessible to Advertisers. Additionally, it offers comprehensive instructions on executing key functions such as segment procurement, segment activation, and seamless integration of segments into specific campaigns.
Within the Doceree Data Marketplace dashboard, users (Advertisers) are presented with a dedicated section that provides a comprehensive overview of all available partners and their associated segments. Data partners offer various audience segments whereas measurement partners offer measurement segments around parameters such as Viewability, Brand Safety, Fraud and Invalid Traffic, etc.
By accessing the platform through Doceree Exchange, users can effortlessly navigate the interface and, with minimal effort, initiate activation requests for their desired data/measurement segments.
However, it is important to note that the final approval for these activation requests rests with the Marketplace Admin. The Marketplace Admin plays a crucial role in approving or rejecting the requests made by an Advertiser, ensuring a streamlined and secure process within the marketplace.

Upon approval by the Marketplace Admin, the requested segment is seamlessly integrated within the Doceree Exchange platform. This streamlined process ensures efficient targeting and engagement with the desired audience segments for enhanced campaign performance.
Prerequisites
Before an Advertiser can embark on their journey within the Doceree Marketplace, there are a few essential prerequisites that need to be addressed:
1. Valid Login Credentials
Advertisers must have valid login credentials to access the Doceree Exchange environment, which serves as the gateway to the Doceree Marketplace.
2. Adherence to Doceree Policies
Advertisers must familiarize themselves with and adhere to the Doceree policies and guidelines before they can start navigating and utilizing the platform's features.
By fulfilling these prerequisites, Advertisers can ensure a smooth and compliant journey as they explore the Doceree Marketplace and leverage its capabilities to achieve their advertising campaign objectives.

The Doceree Marketplace provides advertisers with a diverse array of partners and segments to choose from and tailor their campaign goals.
As an Advertising partner, you can navigate the Doceree Marketplace and execute segment procurement through the following stepwise instructions:
1. Login
Sign in to the Doceree Exchange platform using your Exchange credentials. Once you are logged in, look for the waffle icon located in the top right corner of the interface. Expand this icon to reveal the Marketplace icon, which will provide you access to the marketplace.

2. Accept “Terms of Service”
New users signing in for the first time are required to accept the Terms of Service statement. This one-time action is necessary for advertisers to acknowledge and agree to the platform's terms and conditions. Once the terms are accepted by the advertiser, they do not need to accept the Terms of Service again on the marketplace platform.

3. Explore Available Segments
Utilize the Doceree Marketplace dashboard to browse the comprehensive list of available data/measurement partners and their associated data/measurement segments.

4. Select the Desired Partner and Segment
Identify the data/measurement partner and segment that aligns with your campaign objectives. Click on the desired Data/Measurement Partner to view their Partner page, which contains the audience segments.

Select a segment to navigate to its Segment page, where you can view detailed segment information and find an option to activate the segment. Click on the Buy & Activate button to Initiate the purchase or activation request for the selected data/measurement segment through the platform interface.

5. Alternate Flow for Segment Activation
If you already know about the segment required for your campaign, you can alternatively Buy & Activate the segment directly from the Marketplace Home page itself.
Moreover, you can make use of the search option (by name) and filter the segments (by partner and/or price) on the Home page as well, to find the required segment and activate it accordingly.
6. Submit Purchase/Activation Request
Review the details of your activation request and confirm the action to proceed. Upon confirming the Buy & Activate request, an email notification will be sent to the Doceree Marketplace Admin, informing them of your request.

7. Await Marketplace Admin Approval
The Marketplace Admin will review and approve or reject your activation request, ensuring it aligns with the platform's policies and guidelines. While awaiting approval, the segment enters a "Requested" state.

8. Receive Approval Notification
Once your request is approved, you will be notified of the successful activation of the selected data/measurement segment via email. The segment enters “Activated” state.

9. Segment Integration
A. Audience Segment
You can use the activated audience segment as a third-party segment in Doceree Target. The same segment is also visible when integrating audiences in the campaign manager.

Seamlessly integrate the approved audience segment as third-party audience list into your respective campaigns through the Doceree Exchange environment.

B. Measurement Segment
You can use the required activated measurement segment, that is, a Viewability segment, a Brand Safety segment, or a Fraud and Invalid Traffic segment in the campaign manager within Doceree Exchange.

The Viewability measurement segment is available in the Operational Details section during the campaign creation process as a selectable viewability rule for campaign optimization.

Brand Safety and Fraud and Invalid Traffic Segments
You can find and utilize the Brand Safety and/or Fraud and Invalid Traffic measurement segments in the Inclusion/Exclusion section, in Doceree Exchange, during the campaign creation process. The options to utilize these segments are associated with the Inventory Quality field and once selected, you can define the required rules accordingly for the selected segment/s.
