Q: How do I access the marketplace?
A: Doceree's marketplace is part of the Doceree Marketing Platform. To access the marketplace, simply click the marketplace icon on your dashboard.
Q: Can I request for a partner to be included in your marketplace?
A: Yes. We ask that all new partner requests be sent in writing to marketplace@doceree.com.
Q: I activated a marketplace partner, but changed my mind, will I get charged?
A: No. Only those offerings that are used on a live campaign will be charged.
Q: Can I download data assets associated with the partner data segment?
A: No. The data assets will only be used for targeting on the platform. If you are interested in licensing the actual data set you must reach out to the partner directly.
Q: Can I request for partner audiences that are currently not available in Marketplace?
A: Some partners may offer the option for you to request custom segments based on specific needs and requirements. If the partners offer this, this option will be available on their digital storefront.
Q: How would I get billed for my Marketplace purchases?
A: Generally, marketplace offers are billed at a CPM, which will be added to your overall campaign CPM as you are activating campaigns.
Q: How often are the partner assets updated?
A: Data updates may vary based on data type and offer. Some segments are meant to be evergreen while others require a more frequent update. Update frequency is controlled by the partner, not Doceree.
Q: Does Doceree offer performance guarantees on any marketplace offers/products?
A: No. Our marketplace is powered by third-party technology partners across the industry. Since the data and offers are not from Doceree, we cannot provide any performance guarantees to those utilizing partner products.
Q: Can Doceree honor preferred/contracted rates I have directly with one of the partners on the marketplace?
A: Yes. Please contact your Doceree rep to help get this set up.
