What are the service level agreements (SLA) for setting up a campaign?

All creative assets to be supplied a minimum of 5 working days ahead of the campaign "go live" date
All Reporting requirements including report formats and data exchange protocols to be agreed a minimum of 5 working days ahead of the campaign "go live" date. We can base the reporting on pre-agreed KPIs and provide in any required format.
To best optimise performance Doceree Customer Success team will need to be given access to any 3rd party performance reporting
To best optimise performance, Client to supply a minimum of 5 sets of creatives. We recommend providing as many as possible to aid optimisation
Doceree Customer Success Team will be available for weekly status calls, and will provide monthly campaign reporting
