Why do EHR campaigns have low or no CTR?

The majority of EHR platforms do not permit the use of clickable macros to ensure uninterrupted HCP-patient interaction on their respective platforms. This is done with the objective of preventing HCPs from clicking on the displayed message, disrupting their interaction with the patient and getting redirected from the EHR platform.
