To create banner ad campaigns, you use the Activate section of the Marketing Platform to set up POC – Display/Workflow/Triggers, Premium Programmatic - Display, or Account-Based Messaging - Display campaigns. These initiatives all utilize the Creative tab to manage visual assets.
1. Campaign Initiation
- Access Activation: From your Brand Dashboard, click the Activate tile and select Create Campaign.

- Select Campaign Type: Choose an existing campaign from the drop-down or click + Add New Campaign to name a new one.
Define Sub-Campaign: Enter a specific name for your sub-campaign and click Next.
2. Selecting Messaging and Tactics
- Messaging Type: Select POC, Premium Programmatic, or ABM based on your goals.
- Tactic Type: Choose Display (or 1:1 Display) to run banner-based messaging.
- Optional Add-ons: You may optionally activate the RepTwin Add-on for AI-driven engagement.

3. Targeting and Platform Selection
- Audience Targeting: In the Targeting tab, select your audience from your HVA (HCP) or Account lists. You can refine this using Location Targeting or Postal/ZIP Codes.

- Channel Type: Select Web and/or Mobile.
- Inclusion/Exclusion: Choose specific platforms for ad delivery, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Tele-medicine, Online Medical Journals, or Medical News Platforms.

Inventory Quality: Activate Fraud & Invalid Traffic or Brand Safety & Suitability filters by selecting an activated data partner (e.g., from the Marketplace).
4. Configuring Operations
- Pacing & Strategy: Set the Date Range, Ads Scheduling (Run optimally or on a schedule), and select Cost Per Mille (CPM) as the Bid Strategy.
- Budget & Optimization: Enter your Total Budget and Bid Amount. You can choose to Optimize for Frequency (limiting impressions per user) or Visibility (viewability offers from partners like DoubleVerify or IAS).

5. Creative Setup (Banner Uploads)
The Creative tab is where you manage the actual banner files:
- Format Options: Select from Image (PNG, JPG, GIF), HTML5 (.zip), or Third Party (script or HTML tags).
- Standard Sizes: The platform supports multiple Web Banners (e.g., 728x90 Leaderboard, 300x250 Inline Rectangle, 160x600 Wide Skyscraper) and Mobile Banners (e.g., 320x50 Banner, 300x250 Medium Rectangle).
- Uploading Assets: You can click + Upload natively to pick files from your computer or + Select from creative manager to use pre-uploaded assets.
- Tracking & Conversions: Enter a CTA Link to define your landing page and optionally toggle the Web Conversion tag to track campaign outcomes.

6. Finalization and Publishing
- Recommendations: View Real-time Recommendations provided by the platform to make last-minute informed decisions.

Save or Publish: You can Save as Draft to return later or click Publish to take the campaign live. Note that the platform may review the campaign before ad serving begins.
