What is the service-level agreement (SLA) for setting up a campaign?

Once we receive all the assets from you, we subject those assets to a creative review, which ensures that there are no technical issues and the said assets are good to get uploaded on the Doceree Marketing Platform.

This normally takes around 2 to 3 working days. After this step, the campaign gets set up on the Doceree Marketing Platform and considering the setup time and tuning in, 2 to 3 more working days are required, depending on the number of campaigns.
